Fire Pit

We now have a community fire pit next to the Woodcroft Community Playground!  

WOODCROFT COMMUNITY LEAGUE – Fire Pit Policy

 Fire Pit – The fire pit has a locking cover to prevent unsupervised use. Only Woodcroft Community League (WCL) members may use the fire pit. Upon signing a Waiver Release Form (copy attached) and depositing $20.00 with the Fire Pit contact, a member will be provided with a fire pit key.  The deposit is returnable after satisfactory clean up of the fire pit area.

 Guidelines are as outlined in the attached document. (Refer also to the City of Edmonton Bylaw on Open Air Fires at http://www.edmonton.ca):

1. Use of the Fire Pit is restricted to Woodcroft Community League members only and must comply with the City of Edmonton Bylaw. 
2.  The Fire Pit is kept locked at all times when not in use and a key must be obtained from the Fire Pit contact person.
3. WCL members must provide their own fire wood. 

 A key deposit of $20 will be required.  A key for the fire grate can be otained by contacting Maureen or Lorraine at:
